A country which is part of the Triumvirate. They have low magic, but their alliance with Adelheim and L'Einne makes it a force to be reckoned with. Its strength is in its military might and strategy.

One of the Triumvirate Nations. Low in magic, but physically very capable. They have a long-standing alliance with dwarves and thus have superior arms and armor.

Sub-board: Tubalheid

A nation with high magic and overall lawlessness. It is surrounded by the Fenmoors, nasty bogland where many bodies have been disposed of. It has a very diverse population, possibly the most diverse of any land save maybe the Empire. Most criminal activities are conducted here.

Cital is a small nation surrounded by an immense enchanted forest known simply as the Deep Woods. It is the birthplace of magic and once covered much of the Main Continent, but since then has lost most of its political power and is almost a non-entity in the world of Eäle‏ but there are whispers that the country might rise up in the near future...

The desert kingdom of Imaal is run by King Darius and his foreign-born wife, Sunari. It is very isolated and does not allow any outsiders into its borders; the desert keeps out intruders as well, making it the only kingdom which isn't and has never been ruled by another country. They are considered Barbarians by most.

The Valencian Isles are a newly-discovered series of islands in the Sea of Valencia which is primarily owned by the Triumvirate Nations. Rich in many valuable resources, it is one of the primary reasons the Empire is after the Triumvirate.

Sub-board: Pervian Island

The largest of the dwarven strongholds. They are rich in stone and metal and are known for their skills as craftsmen. They also have a large store of jewels.
